To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year, have a minimum of 15 female employees, and have at least 90% of employees feel that their workplace is safe, and people are treated fairly regardless of their gender. Great Place to Work® determined the best workplaces based on the overall Trust Index score from respondents identifying as women, as well as a company’s programs and practices that promote the fair treatment and advancement of women. The data has a 90% confidence and a plus or minus 5% margin of error.
