  • Early Bird tickets: onsite access to SEE2024, all offsite activities, and the recordings access pass.
  • Recording Pass access: video recordings of all SEE2024 mainstage keynotes and breakout sessions.

• Is there a virtual attendance option this year?

  
  This year we’re focussing entirely on providing a one-of-a-kind event for in-person attendees in Austin! While we will not be providing a virtual attendance option, the Recordings Access Pass delivers video recordings of all SEE2024 mainstage keynotes and breakout sessions for those unable to make the trip.

• Is SEE2024 accessible for people with disabilities?

  
  Absolutely. We’re prioritizing accessibility with all our on-site partners in Austin. If you have any questions about accommodations for SEE2024, please feel free to contact conference@crowdriff.com and we can chat!

• When will agenda details be announced?

  
  Agenda announcements will begin in May 2024, and continue through the spring and summer as we lead up to SEE2024 in October!

• Will I have time to explore Austin outside of SEE?

  
  Yes! Monday October 28th is an open arrival day, with a welcome reception planned in the late afternoon. There will also be a break on the second day for a couple of hours before evening activities, and there are no activities booked for the evening of the last day. But if you can, we recommend taking the opportunity to stick around after SEE to explore Austin even further. The Fairmont Austin is right in the thick of everything the city has to offer, and our pals at Visit Austin have countless recommendations to help make the most of your time.

  Over the past 6 years our team at CrowdRiff has tapped into the knowledge of our travel and tourism industry experts and partners to present one of the most engaging, exciting, interactive, and FUN conferences in the industry. SEE is an inspiring 3-day event to learn from other industry professionals through engaging networking opportunities, world-class keynote speakers, and hands-on breakout sessions and workshops. Attendees leave SEE with a strong understanding of where the industry is headed, and the tools and insights needed to market their destinations in new and exciting ways.

• Do I need to be a CrowdRiff customer to attend SEE?

  Absolutely we’d love to hear from you! A call for speakers will be shared in February 2024 with more details about the event themes and how to submit to speak at SEE2024!

  It’s a city with everything we need to give you the experience you expect from SEE! There’s plenty of history, art, culture, food, and music to explore—and it’s just a little bit weird 🤠. With a major airport and tons of direct flights, it’s also an easy trek for our friends further afield.

• How do I get from the hotel to the venue?

  
  The hotel is the venue! The Fairmont Austin will be host to everything SEE2024 – sleep, relax, learn, experience, swim, and dine with us all at this beautiful hotel in downtown Austin. Be sure to book your accommodation using our hotel booking portal by Thursday September 26 for the best room rate for your stay!
